The site is cleaned, the road is clear, and the trench cover is ready. The scaffolding for laying the cables is completed and it meets the safety requirements. The lighting illumination along the cables meets the construction requirements. The buried cable trench is dug as shown in the figure, the cable well is bricked and plastered, the bottom sand is paved, and the debris in the trench is removed. The cover and sand are transported to the ditch; all electrical equipment and power equipment distribution cabinets in the power distribution room are installed; cable bridges, cable trays, cable supports, cable passing pipes, and protection pipes are installed and inspected.
The conditions for the safe use of the laid line are: all material specifications and voltage levels should meet the design requirements and a product certification; each cable should be marked with the cable specification, model, voltage level, length, and date of manufacture. The cable shaft should be intact; the appearance of the cable is intact, the armor is free of rust, mechanical damage, and no obvious wrinkles and distortions. Oil-immersed cables should be well sealed without oil leakage and oil leakage. There is no aging and cracks in the outer sheath and insulation of the rubber sheath and plastic cable; there should be no obvious corrosion of various metal steels and no burrs in the tube. All fastening bolts should be galvanized; other ancillary materials: cable cover, cable marking post, cable sign, paint, gasoline, lead seal, stearic acid, white tape, rubber bag, black bag, etc. Should meet the requirements.
